Cedarville High School FCCLA hosts its first annual Chili Cookoff & Bingo Night on Saturday, Oct. 24. Public chili tasting begins at 6 PM, with bingo starting at 6:30 PM.
Chili cooks should arrive by 5 PM with at least 5 quarts ready to serve. Entry is $10, and recipes are open to any mix of meat, vegetables, beans or other ingredients. Awards will be given for first place, second place and People's Choice. A $5 tasting ticket lets guests sample all entries and get a bowl of their favorite chili. Bingo is $20 to play all night or $1 per card. Tables, outlets, bowls, spoons and napkins are provided for competitors.
